Visiting cemeteries is one of my favorite past times, and is often reflected in my artwork. The goal of ”The Cemetery Project” was to visit one new cemetery every month for a year (May 2011-April 2012).  A few photographs from each visit are featured on this page. The next time you’re wandering down some road you’ve never been on and you happen upon a cemetery, don’t be afraid to get out and explore it. You never know what you might find. I discovered some beautiful places full of history, memories and love, that I otherwise would have never seen. I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them!
